ESOL Tutor: Born in China

Born and raised in a southern city in China, I completed my bachelor’s degree in television production in a seaside city before moving to London to pursue my passion for gender studies. After years of filming, researching and writing about vulnerable groups in academia, I decided to contribute in a more practical way — through education. I see the classroom as a space where communication bridges differences and where marginalised communities can find connection and solidarity through shared learning.
