Event Details

YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS CLUB at THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM
Dates: 9/10/22-9/07/23 (One session a month)
Location: The Natural History Museum, Cromwell Rd, South Kensington, London SW7 5BD
Ages: 9-12
Would you like to explore nature and learn all about photography?
Then join our monthly Young Photographers group, to explore the weird and wonderful, the huge, the microscopic, and the magical sides of nature.
Young people will: learn new photography styles; document different aspects of natural history; meet Museum experts; discover hidden stories; be part of historic changes to the Museum’s gardens and create an exhibition of their work that will be shown at the Museum.
Sessions will take place 11:00 to 14:00, on the second Sunday of every month at the Natural History Museum, and lunch will be provided. Sessions start from Sunday 9th October 2022 and will run until Sunday 9th July 2023.
These sessions are for young people aged 9-12 (from October 2022) and you will need to drop off and collect your children from the Natural History Museum. Although we know that circumstances will arise and your children may not always be able to attend, if you sign up, we would ask you to do your best to commit to attending most of the sessions.
