Workshop with The Natural History Museum: Create Art inspired by your Local Environment

YOUNG PEOPLE ONLY, aged 13-21

The Natural History Museum invite all young people to their ‘Sampling Nature’ workshop. To create art that sparks wider conversations around our local environment and how we can better our planet. Themes of biodiversity, pollution and the environment in their local communities.

Please bring with you an item/photo that represents your local environment and think about how it links back to nature. For example, this could be a photo of your local park, street art or a jumper you brought from your local second hand store…be as open minded as you like! The Museum will provide their own samples of the local environment for you to look at and discuss too.

The art you create through drawing and writing, with the help of the Natural History Museum team, will go on display as part of a wider body of work

When: Tuesday 13th February 6PM-7:45PM

Where: The Natural History Museum

Please bring: An item/photo that represents your local environment
