Nick's career has spanned government, finance, energy and professional consultancy working with organisations such as Deloitte, Santander, Aviva and the FCA.
Nick's passion for diversity and inclusion has remained strong throughout his career and now much of his work, specialises in helping senior leaders build a bridge to underrepresented staff.

Born in Liverpool but spent most of my adult life in the US. Over 35 years’ experience in technology, first as a SysAdmin and then DevOps. The last 20 years I’ve worked primarily in start-ups in California. Passionate about Open Source technology, running & popular music. Love fixing things and helping people get the most from tech.
