Toby Mulligan (b. 1969) is a British contemporary artist recognised for his figurative abstraction and evocative use of light and form to create sensual, exaggerated worlds built from observed reality. His work is held in notable private collections, including those of Mick Jagger and Roger Federer, and the National Portrait Gallery, Edinburgh. A finalist for the prestigious BP Portrait Award in 2012, he is represented by Clarendon Fine Art in London.

Jacq was commissioning editor at Random House and Editorial Director at Harper Collins where she edited classics such as Men are from Mars; Women are from Venus, Who Moved My Cheese, Chicken Soup for the Soul, and Toddler Taming – which have sold millions of copies. She is the author of Write a Bestseller, has ghostwritten a number of well-known titles and co-founded The London Writers’ Club. She is also Head Judge for the Business Book Awards and a literary agent for authors.

Hamilton (1922 – 2011) is widely regarded as the Father of Pop Art and one of the most influential artists of the 20th century. His works are in major museums and collections around the world including MoMA in New York and the Tate. His last major retrospective was at Tate Modern in 2014.  His estate is managed by Cristea Roberts gallery.

Welcome and Thank You


Thank you for supporting Nova New Opportunities (“Nova”) by taking part in our Charity Auction Fundraiser.

Every bid helps us continue our work supporting individuals and communities through education, training, and opportunities for personal growth.

Auction Terms

  1. Bidding
    All bids must be genuine and made in good faith.
    The highest bid at the close of the Auction wins.
    Nova’s auctioneer or organiser has the final say on any disputes or errors.
  2. Payment
    Full and cleared payment must be received before ownership transfers to the winning bidder.
    Payment methods will be confirmed by Nova.
  3. Ownership and Risk
    Ownership (and risk of damage or loss) of an item transfers to the winning bidder once full and cleared payment has been received.
  4. Collecting Your Item
    If you cannot take your item home after the Auction on 12th November, it can be collected in person, with prior arrangement and proof of identity, from:

    Delivery via post, courier, or any other means is at the owner’s risk, cost, and arrangement. Nova accepts no liability for loss or damage once ownership has transferred.
  5. Item Information
    Items are described as accurately as possible to the best of Nova’s knowledge.
    All items are sold “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees.
  6. Refunds
    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given except where required by law.
  7. Charity Information
    All proceeds go to support the charitable work of Nova New Opportunities, registered charity number 1158238.
  8. Liability
    Nova, its trustees, staff, volunteers, and agents are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Auction or use of any auction item.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
